The DOWNS DS PREMIUM potato websizer combines two innovations:
- SYNCHRON system: a unique system with two-speeded rotation of the drums in contact with the product makes it possible to gently eject the potato without any damage even in case of sizing long tubers or onions with hulls.
- WILLIAMS system: a shaking roller linked to a swingarm creates a “wave effect” on the screen to avoid impacts while pushing the tubers out of the screen without pinching them. This way the handling of the product is gentle and the sizing precise.
The DS PREMIUM websizer is available in several widths: 600, 900, 1200, 1800, 2100 and 2400 mm for an efficient and adjusted sizing.
