The onion DOWNS DS-SYNCHRON websizer combines two innovations:
SYNCHRON system : the DOWNS unique system of double rotation of the drums in contact with the product makes it possible to gently eject the product without any damage even in case of sizing long tubers or onions with hulls.
WILLIAMS system : a shaking roller linked to a swingarm creates a “wave effect” on the screen to avoid impacts while pushing the tubers out of the screen without pinching them. The handling of the product is gentle and the sizing is more accurate.
Several widths are possible for the onion DS PREMIUM square screen websizer: 600, 900, 1200, 1800, 2100 and 2400 for an efficient and adapted sizing.
