The SCOTTS Evolution is fitted with 6 or 8 segment rollers with both hard and flexible parts. Behind every segment roller, there is either a stainless steel or a rubber small-diameter counter-roller, turning in the opposite direction of the segment roller. The flow (soil, clods and product) slowed down by these counter-rollers, stays longer on the segment rollers which makes it possible to destroy more clods and remove more fine soil.
Every roller is independent and adjustable thanks to its own inverter. This way, it is possible to get a valuable final product even in very wet conditions with 80 % of soil and only 20 % of potatoes.
The SCOTTS Evolution also removes the potaoes tops.
This system cannot work independently and must be integrated into a grader or a fieldloader.
